Data Deletion Request

If you would like us to delete your personally identifiable information (PII), please fill in the short form below. We aim to process your request as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 working days.

Please note:

  • If you placed an order within the last 180 days, the data deletion request will remain pending on the system for 180 days from your last order (to handle potential chargebacks). Otherwise, it processes immediately.
  •  If the store is shut down for any reason, your personal data will be erased within 14 days after the request is completed.
