Ordering & Payments



  • Once you've added your favourite space goodies to your basket, it's time to checkout! We accept most major credit/debit cards and PayPal. If you're ordering from the UK, you can also pay in 4 instalments with Clearpay
  • If your payment is declined, double check all the information entered is correct and try again.
  • Please note that only your bank can tell you why your card was declined! 
  • Under no circumstances will we accept personal cheques, bank transfers, money orders or the keys to your spaceship.
  • Payments can be made in GBP only.

Exchange Rates

  • The exchange rates are determined by your bank, and not us.
  • You can check the current exchange rate here: http://www.xe.com/

Order Confirmation

  • Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive 2 confirmation emails. One from us confirming your order, and one from PayPay/Sagepay, depending on your method of payment.
  • If you do not receive one of these, please contact us to ensure your order went through.

Checking Order Status

  • By logging in to your account, you should be able to view your order history and see the status of any outstanding orders. 
  • If you used guest checkout, you will not be able to check the progress of your order. If you contact us with your order ID, we should be able to check for you!

Redeeming Store Gift Vouchers

  • If you have received a physical Cyberdog gift voucher, you can use it in any of our UK stores. Our website does not currently have the facility to accept these, but if you post the voucher to us we can then email you a code to use online instead. We recommend sending the vouchers to us with a recorded service. Please include your name and email address so that we can email you the code. Please send them to:
